For our convenience we have decided that all assistance with the new email system will be conducted in Esperanto.
We will only respond to email related enquiries if they are written in Esperanto, and sent using the email account you wish to access.
We do not actually read or write Esperanto, but as you cannot access your email account anyway, we do not perceive this will be much of a problem.

I was going to be tricky and have Google translate this into Esperanto, but sadly Google does not currently offer Esperanto as a translation option. It does, however, offer Haitian Creole.

Nou pral sèlman reponn imel bagay ki si yo ekri nan Esperanto, epi li voye itilize kont lan email ou vle aksè.
Nou pa aktyèlman li oswa ekri Esperanto, men kòm ou pa ka jwenn aksè sou kont imel ou kanmenm, nou pa fè konnen sa pral anpil nan yon pwoblèm.

Ni sole respondos retpoŝton rilatajn enketojn se ili estas skribita en Esperanto, kaj send uz la retpoŝto konto vi dezir al aliro.
Ni ne efektive legi aŭ skribi Esperanton, sed kiel vi ne povas aliron vian retpoŝton konton ĉiuokaze, nin ne percept ĉi tiu estos multo de problemo.
